At the Impact Dance Lab, our mission is to empower creativity, learning, and inclusion through dance while nurturing the next generation of dance artists and creators. Located in Wodonga, Regional Australia, our purpose-designed space supports the intersection of education, health, science, and performance, ensuring that regional Victoria thrives as a hub for innovative and inclusive dance development.

As the creative home of Tim Podesta Creative, the Impact Dance Lab is a vibrant space for the development of new work. Our in-house professional dance company showcases original creations that are performed on stages around the world, demonstrating the transformative power of dance created here in our regional community.

We are proud to host the Tim Podesta Creative Associate Program, which provides world-class dance education in classical ballet and contemporary dance to students aged 4 through to adults. For aspiring professionals, our vocational dance program offers intensive training to prepare dancers for careers on the world stage.

In addition to education and performance, the Impact Dance Lab is committed to supporting dance creatives in understanding the art and process of choreography. By fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration flourish, we enable the exploration and creation of meaningful, innovative dance works.
